Due to the nature of cloth pads, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Any partial refund of money paid through Paypal or credit card, for any reason, will have a "fee" of 49¢. Dirección Incorrecta:

❤WPs ships orders USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the quantity, size and weight of the order. Shipping and handling costs $5 no matter how many pads ordered or where you live (within the US). We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. We do not ship Internationally.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number so you know where your package is, and insurance by USPS for your peace of mind.

WonderPads is NOT responsible for the following:

-Packages marked “DELIVERED” on the USPS website and were shipped to the correct address that the customer submitted on our website.

-Packages lost in the mail, without tracking updates. (These packages may travel for several weeks and arrive at their destination much later than anticipated or be returned to ❤WPs. If the package was returned to ❤WPs, please read the “Wrong Address” section.)

-Packages with expired trackings (trackings are in the USPS system for 120 days after having created the tracking number. After this it appears as "Label created, not yet in the system". This indicates that this tracking has already expired).

-Packages stolen from your mailbox or mail.

-Packages destroyed in the mail.

-Any other problem with your package, other than ❤WPs error.

Wrong Address:

Packages returned to ❤WPs due to an incorrect address will be reshipped.

-If the address you provided was incorrect, and the package returns to ❤WPs – customer must pay shipping again.

-If the address in our system has changed because you moved (or you are not at that address for any other reason such as vacations, emergency travel, etc), the package was sent to that address but the package returns to ❤WPs – client must pay shipping again. If the package is lost for this reason, ❤WPs will not be able to replace your order. Customer is responsible for keeping all payment accounts and addresses up to date or contacting ❤WPs for a change of address BEFORE the package is shipped.

-If ❤WPs put the wrong address when the client provided it correctly, ❤WPs pays shipping (as long as the address has not been changed by the our shipping system or another shipping purchase system that we use, at the time of making the shipping label. In that case, a case is opened with the company for the refund of the money for that shipment and when the refund is received, ❤WPs will reship).

-If the address on the package is correct and the package, for some reason, is returned to WonderPads – customer must pay shipping again.

If your package is lost or destroyed:

If the package says it arrived but it didn't really reach you, was stolen, lost, damaged or destroyed, you should contact USPS.

Insurance cost:

Free with USPS.

If your order did not arrive, please DO NOT open a refund case. Packages are the responsibility of USPS once they are put into the system. Your order has a tracking number and you will see the package moving to its destination. If something happens, it’s cruel to open a case against us for something that is not our fault and is out of our control. These charges leave a red mark against us. We can understand you doing this if we don't ship your product, but that will never be the case at ❤WPs.

We always give the benefit of the doubt and provide you with the best customer service. But many small businesses get scammed for money and products, we are reported and we never do anything wrong.
